Information you submit
When you contact us, request a meeting, request a developer, or apply to join the developer network, we may receive your name, email address, company, project details, preferred timing, budget range, portfolio links, skills, and any message you choose to send.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identity numbers, confidential client files, or other sensitive information through these forms.
How we use information
We use submitted information to reply to your inquiry, review project fit, arrange a meeting, evaluate developer applications, prepare a scope or estimate, and manage follow-up communication.
We do not sell submitted contact information. We may share relevant information with a delivery partner only when needed to evaluate or deliver a requested project and subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.
Email, hosting, and service providers
Form notifications are sent through Resend to the business inbox configured by TrueCraft. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers may process information as needed to provide hosting, security, delivery, and operational services.
Replies may be sent to the email address you provide. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp when you choose to use them; WhatsApp then processes that interaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics is optional on this website and is only loaded when a real measurement ID is configured. Vercel Speed Insights may process technical performance information. Standard hosting logs, security data, and browser-request information may also be processed by infrastructure providers.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence and application information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential engagement, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by the nature of the request.
You can ask what personal information we hold about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where there is no legal or operational reason to retain it.
