What will the calculator tell you?

It calculates a realistic TrueCraft planning range from the product type, release size, screens or workflows, user roles, feature modules, design and content readiness, delivery priority, and data risk. You will see the price drivers instead of receiving a mysterious single number.

Rate methodology

Current TrueCraft rates, explained openly.

Version 2026.07was reviewed on 26 July 2026. Base prices use TrueCraft's published service ranges where an equivalent service exists; AI workflow allowances are derived from the published automation, API, and feature-module model. Public global marketplace data is used only to challenge obvious under- or over-estimation, not as a worldwide average.

Estimator FAQ

Know what the number means.

How accurate is the software project estimator?

It is a planning range based on project type, release size, screens or workflows, roles, feature modules, design, content, delivery priority, and data risk. A written quote still requires workflow and technical discovery.

Are these worldwide average software development prices?

No. The calculator uses TrueCraft's published remote-delivery rates in USD so every visitor sees one consistent baseline. Public global freelance-market ranges are used only as a reasonableness check.

What is included in the estimate?

The model assumes discovery, agreed design or implementation, internal QA, production deployment, and handover. The result lists optional monthly support separately.

What costs are not included?

Tax, domains, app-store accounts, paid APIs, licences, cloud usage, payment-provider fees, external subscriptions, legal review, and formal compliance certification are excluded unless a written proposal includes them.

Does submitting an estimate create a contract or payment obligation?

No. Submission sends the selected scope to TrueCraft for human review. It does not collect payment, reserve delivery capacity, or create a contract.

Can a regulated healthcare or financial product use the instant estimate?

It can produce an initial planning range, but regulated or high-risk work requires separate security, compliance, infrastructure, and legal discovery before any delivery commitment.
