Problem
Property owners and tenants need rental information, payments, maintenance requests, and occupancy data in one reliable workflow.
Solution
Built role-based owner and tenant dashboards with JWT authentication, rental CRUD, financial charts, rent and bill tracking, maintenance request management, and an IoT smart meter streaming live usage and breaker state through Socket.io.
Result
This project demonstrates full-stack Flutter delivery, secure authentication, database integration, real-time device data, and cross-platform rental workflows.
