Problem
A wholesale distributor relied on spreadsheets that became outdated as soon as warehouse teams started moving stock. Managers were discovering shortages after customer orders had already been promised.
Solution
We built a React and Node.js dashboard with CSV imports, warehouse filters, role-based access, and low-stock alerts. The admin view turns daily inventory checks into a repeatable workflow.
Result
Operations can spot stock risk earlier, reduce manual checking, and share cleaner reports with sales before orders are delayed.
