A local delivery operator wanted to test app-based ordering but could not justify separate native iOS and Android teams. Dispatch also needed visibility into rider location and order status.
Solution
We created Flutter customer and rider flows with Firebase auth, live order status, maps, push notifications, and admin dispatch screens for the operations team.
Result
The business could validate a controlled city launch, learn from real deliveries, and plan the next route expansion without rebuilding the app stack.
