Problem
A clinic team was confirming appointments through phone calls, WhatsApp threads, and paper notes. Patients had no reliable way to choose a slot, and staff could not see the day’s schedule in one place.
Solution
We designed a responsive booking portal with patient intake forms, staff calendars, Stripe-ready payment flow, and an admin panel for confirmations. The build uses Next.js, PostgreSQL, and a clean role-based dashboard.
Result
Staff can review bookings faster, patients get a clearer experience, and the clinic has a foundation for reminders, reports, and future branch expansion.
